Instructions for Final Submission
( Full-length Paper & One-page Abstract & etc )
Submission Deadline : March 31, 2009
The ID and Password for accessing Final Submission Form will be e-mailed to those who have received the notification of acceptance.

Important Issues for the Final Submission:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Full-paper (maximum 8 pages) in original source file (WORD) and PDF.
- One Page Abstract in WORD and PDF
Please submit the 4 documents (WORD and PDF for the full paper, WORD and PDF for the abstract) not later than March 31.
- The publisher will reduce your paper to 75% and print it in black.
For this reason, please check that the print is clear and of a high quality.
- Name your file as follows:
First three letters of thefile name should be the first three letters of the last
name of the first author,
the second three lettersshould be the first letter of the first three words of
the title of the paper (e.g. this paper: balpcc.doc).

- List of names and full addresses of all contributing authors.

- Four hard copies (two of the abstract and two of the full-paper).
- Signed copyright agreement form.

hard copies of abstract, the two hard copies of the full-paper, and the
signed copyright agreement form should be air mailed to the following address not later than March 31, 2009
