ICOSSAR'09 will begin on Sunday 13 September 2009 with a welcome reception in the Senriyama Campus of the Kansai University, 3-3-35, Yamate-cho, Suita, Osaka 564-8680, Japan and continue from Monday 14 to Thursday 17 on the Senriyama Campus of the Kansai University.

Held every four years in different countries, each of the ICOSSARs is a major international forum for the exchange of information and discussion on recent developments in, and innovative application of concepts of structural safety and reliability.
